Last night during the Super Bowl, after waiting for what it seemed like lightyears, we finally got our first look at the Han Solo movie. Now, I’m going to level with you. Our expectations have been fairly low for this movie considering all the negative press it’s gotten thus far and the drama it and it’s cast went through with that whole director fiasco. With that said, the first teaser was definitely something to behold and peaked our formerly non-existent interest. Donald Glover looks incredible as Lando Calrissian, the Millennium Falcon shots were drool-inducing and the overall feel of the movie gave us Blade Runner vibes, which is never a bad thing (As see in this artwork). In addition, we received an even longer Solo teaser trailer today during Good Morning America. This one gives us some more Alden Ehrenreich dialogue and we’re definitely liking what we’re hearing. But the jury’s still out as it pertains to what we’re seeing. Again, the overall vibe of the movie is fantastic so far, but the acting doesn’t have us sold yet. With that said, we are still very excited about this movie and can’t wait to see it in theaters!
