After watching the trailer for Star Wars: Galaxy of Adventures, a new mini-series launching on the brand spankin’ new Star Wars Kids YouTube channel, something became immediately clear. Not only are the stories bases off of content and characters from the original trilogy (everyone’s favorite, duh), but they’re using original sound bites from it as well. You can hear Obi-Wan saying, “This is the weapon of a Jedi Knight” and Han Solo say, “Punch it!” Those of us who “grew up on Star Wars” are very happy that Disney is making an effort to keep the original movies alive. I for one have little kids who always, without skipping a beat, gravitate towards the original films and they are going to freak out (in a good way) about this new series.
