Piloting the Millennium Falcon, getting caught in a battle between the First Order and the Resistance and developing a good or bad galactic reputation are all things you’ll be able to do in the Star Wars-themed lands coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disneyland Resort. Galaxy’s Edge, which is the official name for the land, is set to be opened in 2019.
We’ve already gotten quite a few details and artists renderings of the land, but this is our first look at what we can actually expect to see in person. Unveiled at D23, this 50-foot model gives us an aerial view of Disney’s biggest land expansion yet. Also, if you live near Disneyland, you’re in luck. Anaheim’s Galaxy’s Edge is set to be the first one opened. Click the images to get a closer look at what you’ll be walking through come 2019.
